Construction is moving right along! This week, the crew is putting the roof on, and next up is the electrical work—getting us fully wired to enjoy everything Toptracer has to offer. Our furniture delivery is expected soon, and the mats have been ordered!
We couldn’t be more excited about how this project, along with the addition of the snack shack, will elevate the experience at St. Johns.
As a reminder, please follow all directional signs and avoid construction zones. Crews are operating heavy machinery, and your safety (and theirs) is our top priority.
UPDATE FROM 31 JAN 2025
Exciting progress is happening — trucks are moving, and holes are in the ground for our new covered range! As construction continues, temporary fencing has been installed around the practice area. For your safety, please follow the designated pathways and avoid entering the construction zone. Our contractors have reported instances of people cutting across the area, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.
Concrete will be poured on January 31st, and after a 7-day curing period, the structure installation will begin. We appreciate your patience and adherence to the designated walkways during this process.
UPDATE FROM 24 OCT 2024
The long wait is over! Big changes are coming to the range. Be alert and keep your eyes peeled for the steel structure that will become our Toptracer range to be delivered on August 29th. The structure will cover the entirety of the range and have 10 bays outfitted with the Toptracer Technology, the same tech used by the world's top golf tournaments.
Civil permits have been approved, and we'll begin clearing land and pouring the footers for the structure. Starting Nov 4th, we'll begin moving dirt on the project by the end of September, and for you to be tracking your shots, receiving instant stats, and virtually playing the top golf courses around the world about 30 - 45 days after!
Construction on the new halfway house will also begin following the completion of the Toptracer range, with a new building, restrooms, and patio soon to come!
