TEMPORARY GREENS ANNOUNCEMENT

We want to begin by thanking you for your continued patience and support over the past two months. During this time, our agronomic team, in partnership with MacCurrach Golf, has been hard at work restoring our greens to the high standards you’ve come to expect at St. Johns Golf & Country Club.

We are pleased to share that the design and sprigging of the greens is now complete, and it’s time for Mother Nature to take the reins. While we know you’ve missed your course, we truly appreciate your understanding throughout this process.

That said, we also recognize that many of you are eager to get back out on the course. With that in mind, we’re excited to announce that beginning Tuesday, July 22nd at 8:00 a.m., the golf course will reopen for limited play using temporary greens.

Hours of Operation
Tee times will run from 8:05AM to 5:00PM Tuesday through Sunday (Course will be closed on Mondays).
Golf Shop hours will be 7:30AM to 7:00PM.
Practice Pavilion hours will be 7:30AM to 7:00PM Tuesday through Sunday (Toptracer will be available 1:00PM to 7:00PM). Mondays the practice pavilion will open at 9:00AM due to maintenance.

Rates
Member 18 holes - $25 plus tax
Member 9 holes - $15 plus tax
Member Walking - Complimentary
Guest of Member - $40 plus tax

Toptracer
Members - $25 per hour per bay (includes range balls)
Guests - $40 per hour per bay (includes range balls)

Reservation Process
Members can book tee times two weeks in advance by calling the Golf Shop (the online reservation system has been disabled during this time period).

As of right now, no weekly games have been scheduled, if there is a demand for the games we will block the tee sheet and run an optional cash game.

During the closure, we’ve seen many of you enjoying our practice facility—especially the new Toptracer technology—and showing great interest in the progress on the course. Now, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the fairways and play the corridors of the course once again.

Please note the following important details:
  • Tee times will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
  • The course will remain closed on Mondays until October.
  • Play will be limited to members and their guests only.
  • Tee times must be made directly through the Golf Shop—either in person or by phone.

While we are reopening for limited play, there will still be areas of the course under active maintenance. Some holes may be cart path only, and we kindly ask that you avoid retrieving any shots that land on the newly sprigged greens. Temporary greens have been placed approximately 20 yards in front of the renovated greens to help keep foot traffic away from these sensitive areas.
